Last year's St. Jude Dream Home house, built once again by Prospect Homes, is located in the brand new Hillcrest Farms subdivision in Henrico County. Waskey Construction donated labor to frame the house. This model, the Columbia, is 2,407 square feet and worth over $370,000. The St. Jude Dream Home house, in addition to 14 other prizes, was given away during a live TV special on WRIC Channel 8 on Sunday, August 20, 2006. Mix 103.7 also sponsored this important promotion for the children of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
