R-CI had it's beginnings in Todd Rogers and Mike Chenault's longstanding partnership in Hometown Realty, one of Richmond's most successful real estate companies. This association led in 1994 to a real estate development firm, Rogers-Chenault Inc., and in 1999 to the founding of R-CI Builders.
